SolCentral is a DAO on Guardian Platform focused on promoting innovation and growth within the Solana ecosystem. DAO members utilize the SolCentral governance structure to:
- Work with broad and diverse ecosystem community to identify, refine, and promote use cases that will help the Solana ecosystem grow and mature.
- Recent executive orders and changes in regulations have made Solana a continued front-runner in adoption, and SolCentral can help focus on real utility and use-case adoption across the ecosystem.
- Work with dozens of Solana projects to identify technical solutions for further analysis and development.
- Use the governance of the DAO to submit proposals that the body votes to advance, refine, or reject.
- Vote on the use of the funds within the SolCentral DAO Treasury which can be awarded to Solana projects to assist with the cost of development.
- Engage with new and emerging Solana projects to assist with testing, troubleshooting, and deploying new technical features and utilities.
- Solana projects and protocols can engage with the SolCentral community to gauge interest and obtain feedback on their initiatives.
SolCentral DAO Membership Requirements
Any wallet holding a minimum of xxx Guardian SOL Tokens (published after Guardian’s SOL migration) can join and participate in the SolCentral DAO.
A secure wallet connect form is used to verify that the minimum token requirement is met to participate in the SolCentral DAO. The form is part of the quick, easy, and secure enrollment process and all steps will be posted in this section once the DAO is established.
Join SolCentral
SolCentral is where the entire Solana ecosystem can collaborate about initiatives that impact millions of Solana users and digital asset enthusiasts. Many Solana projects have their own DAOs where they work on internal initiatives, but sometimes that internal firewalling and stove piping can negatively impact the rollout and adoption because it’s limited to that project’s community.
SolCentral helps solve that problem by involving a much broader community at onset. Furthermore, Guardian Platform’s unique MyGuardian Dashboard will help projects gain exposure and attention, and that’s a massive catalyst use case (real world) adoption.
All Solana projects (and their community members) are invited to participate in SolCentral, and we openly support them joining the body and presenting their initiatives and proposals. We also openly allow other projects to launch proposals and gain community approval so that SolCentral’s Treasury can be utilized to assist with development costs.
